FRENCH LIEUTENANT VISITS POCATELLO Spr-clnl to The Tribune. POCATELLO, Idaho, Nov. 9. This city was visited yesterday afternoon by Lieutenant Lieu-tenant Wierzbicki of the French high commission, who is making a tour of the United States in the interests of he treaty of peace. Since the visit was announced only a few hours ahead of his arrival, and a large audience did not have the opportunity oppor-tunity of listening to his address. Secretary Secre-tary Froom of the Commercial club arranged ar-ranged a special meeting for 3 o'clock, and a good-sized crowd heard Lieutenant Wierzbicki. He went to Butte from here, where he will address a meeting today.
