J. H. M'CLINTOCK IS ARIZONA HISTORIAN Word has been received at the his-torlan's his-torlan's office of the L. D. S church that Colonel James H. McCltntoc'.t of AriEor.a has succeeded Thomas Bdwin Parish as historian of that staff. Historian His-torian Farlsh riled -recently at I,os Angeles An-geles and the appointment of Colonel MeCIIntock has just been made at Phoenix. It Is probable that Colonel MeCIIntock will take up the work of publishing "The History of Arizona." v.here Historian Parish left It, as eight books had already been published and the plan was to complete com-plete the work In severai more volumes. Two books especially were to deal with the part the Latter-day Saints nlaved in ' founding settlements in Arizona.
