Show MRS. GARBETT IS PLACED IN TOMB Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Jessie Brown Garbett, who died Friday following an operation, were held Sunday in the Fifth ward meeting house. She was the daughter of W. C. and Ann Evans of this city ' Musical numbers were furnished by the Evans-Barber quartet. Mrs. Agnes Bolto. Fred Reese. Miss Jessie Evans, bertha Lajnfenburger and Miss Edith Davis. Remarks Re-marks were made by George Burbidge. George R. Emery and Bishop Petitt. Mrs. Garbett is survived by a husband. D W Garbett, and live children. Waller C' Daniel V.. Jr., William, listelle and Joseph. She also leaves the following brothers and sisters: John D., Waller .. William A.. Harold J. and Clyde b. Brown: Mrs. Ruth Mary Walsh. Mrs. H. B. Duckworth, Mrs. George E. Larson and Mrs. Mvrtle B. Larson. Interment was in the City cemetery, where Oscar B. Evans dedicated the grave The brothers acted as pallbearers. |
