NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE. Whereas, Martin Grimm and Katherina. Grimm, his wife, of the county of Salt Lake, state of Utah, did execute a certain cer-tain deed of trust, dated July lo, 1904. to C. W. Johnson, trustee, of Salt Lake Citv Utah, for the benefit and securuy of A W Houston of San Antonio. Texas, which deed of trust was recorded in the office of the countv recorder of Salt Lake countv, Utah, on September 30, 1904, in Book'o-E of Mortgages, on page 5o4 and Whereas said A. V. Houston thereafter there-after for value and In due course sold, assigned and transferred to one E. P. Lynch before maturity the promissory note secured bv said deed of trust, and Whereas, said E. P. Lynch is now deceased de-ceased and one Austin Lynch has been appointed and is now the duly appointed. qualified and acting executor ot uio will and testament of said E. P. Lynch, and the estate of said E. P.
