Show FATHER CfflELE IS GIVEN SUPPORT Receives Indorsement of Bishop Glass for Position in California. Tather John J. Cantwell. vicar general of the archdiocese of San Francisco, who was appointed recently bishop of Monterey Mon-terey and Los Angeles, was heartily supported sup-ported by the Rt. Rev. Joseph S. Class, bishop of the Salt Ljike diocese, who made a visit to the archdiocese of San Francisco Fran-cisco a short time ago.
