Wee ter to recover damages for $15,300 for the alleged action of Weeter in initiating embezzlement proceedings against the plaintiff on -the ground that he had misappropriated $750 of the funds of the Magna Lumber & Hardware company. com-pany. Bailey alleges in the complaint filed yesterday iiv the Third district court that Weeter made false affidavit accusing him. He asks that he be given judgment of $300 as the costs of his defense in the criminal action brought a-gatnst him and $15,300 damages for the injury lo his reputation.
