FUEL OFFICERS FIX BASIC COKE PRICES WASHINGTON, Nov. 20. Basic prices for coke were fixed by the fuel administration adminis-tration today as follows: Run of ovens, 6 : selected foundry, $7 ; crushed over one-inch size. $6.50. Prices for bdehive .coke already have been announced. an-nounced. The prices fixed are per short ton f.o.b. cars at. the plant where manufactured. They apply to car lots sold to consumers consum-ers or to dealers for wagon delivery. No commissions may be added by jobbers or other agenvies. The maximum of gas coke sold for Industrial In-dustrial or metallurgical use Is fixed at the price established for the corresponding correspond-ing grade of by-product coke. Gas coke for household use must be sold at the prices fixed for anthracite coal in the same locality.
