Show AGREES TO GIVE WIFE MOST OF PROPERTY OGDEN, Nov. 20. An oil painting of his old home and a candlestick comprise that portion of the community household effects comin? to Wlllard Jewell nnder an agreement entered into with his wife, Florence M. Jew eli. in the district court today. The agreement was arranged pending the outcome of divorce proceedings proceed-ings started by Mrs. Jewell. Other than the painting and candlestick, candle-stick, the wife gets all the household furnishings, fur-nishings, $25,i as alimony and costs of suit. It is stipulated that the husband shall have custody of Yolaml Ruth Jewell, n minor Miild now maintained by him at Sacred Hea rt academy in this ei ty. A decision in the divorce action has not been rendered. |
