DISTILLERY RAIDED BY TOOELE SHERIFF Special to The Tribune. TOOELE, Nov. 20. Guy Clasovich. an Austrian, residing in the foreign colony in what is known as the new town, was arrested tonight by Sheriff Adamson, Deputy Sheriff Tate and Patrolman Dunn while in the act, the officers allege, of making whisky. Clasovich Is said by the officers to have risged up. a crude distillery, where he was converting cabbage, corn, plums and other vegetables and fruits into an in-toxicatlng in-toxicatlng decoction. Seven gallons of f t he finished product was seized. together to-gether witii about seventy-five gallons which was In the making. Clasovich was lodged in the county jail, pending a hearing.
