Show TALKS ARE ARRANGED FOR LUNCHEON HOURS OGDEN", Nov. 20. With a special committee com-mittee in charge of the plan, it has been arranged to have a speaker for every Wednesday luncheon hour at the Weber club during the winter. The first luncheon lunch-eon hour talk to members of the club will be made tomorrow by the Rev. John Edward Carver, president of the Ogden chapter of the Red Cross society. His subject will be the work that has been undertaken by the Red Cross during the present war. The committee appointed to obtain speakers for the Wednesday luncheons is composed of Dr. Ezra C. Rich, J. H. DeVine and H. C. Johnson. It has been tentatively arranged for Dr. E. G. Go wans, state superintendent of public instruction, to deliver the noonday talk to club members on Wednesday, Novem-I Novem-I ber 28. |
