OGDEN IN BLIZZARD AT SPRING'S ADVENT Special to The Tribune. OGDEN. March 21. The first day of sprinsr in this city and locality was greeted greet-ed with a blizzard which added another two Inches of snow, which already covers cov-ers tlie ground, and threatened for a time to seriously interrupt street car traffic. The storm, which continued from early mornins. was apparently local, for all trains reached byden today on schedule time or nearly so. Reports from the east Indicate that little snow had fallen in Wyoming and officials of the Southern Pacific railroad reported no snowfall over the Salt Lake division.
