OCR Text	Show STATE SOCIETY OF ENGINEERS MEETS The development of Utah in its numerous numer-ous phases was discussed last night by the Utah Society of Engineers at the Commercial club. An address, "Irrigation "Irriga-tion and Drainage and Their Relation to Agriculture," was delivered by J. C. Wheelon. Irrigation engineer of the Utah-Idaho Utah-Idaho Sugar company. The meeting, despite de-spite the weather, was exceptionally well attended. Joseph A. Barlow and Wyman I. Neilson were admitted to membership. President Guy Sterling presided.
