Show CASES ARE ARGUED IN SUPREME COURT Three eases were argued and submitted submit-ted yesterday in the supreme court. They were: NValter White, respondent, against the TTtah Condensed Milk company com-pany Utah Association of Credit Men, appellants, against Thomas B. Jones, respondent; re-spondent; T. A. Whalen, administrator, respondent, against the Union Pacific Coal company, appellant. Tho following cases have been set for i Monday, there being no session of the i court today, because of the necessity of the attendance of the judges at the regular meeting of the board of pardons: par-dons: George A.
