Passengers arriving arriv-ing in Juarez from the south tonight j said the railway line south of Chihuahua Chihua-hua CItv had been opened to traffic as far as Jimenez, following a fight with the Villa band commanded by Mariano Tamez, who had tried to cut the road nbove Santa Rosalia near La Cruz.
