Show NO WAR IF HUGHES WINS, DECLARES MR. FAIRBANKS LOS ANGELES, Cal., Oct. 2. Charles W. Fairbanks, Republican candidate for vice-president, speaking In the Auditorium theater tonight, his sixth address of the day, described as a "base utterance" such charges as that made by President Wilson Wil-son Saturday at Shadow Lawn, when he said the "certain prospect of Republican success" in November would be the use of force in Mexico and entanglements of this country In tiie embroilments of the European war.
