Every day brings a large number of letters and telegrams from outside territory pleading for coal enough to tide the communities over the present crisis. Railroad companies com-panies are exerting every effort to relieve re-lieve the car situation, and during the past week or ten days have' placed a considerable number of cars in coal service. |
