Show I MAGNA 4 f MAGNA, Jan. IS. The women's club, consisting of about forty members fn attendance, at-tendance, held an interesting- meeting i Wednesday afternoon. Mrs. Leafy Montgomery Mont-gomery of Salt Lake was present and talked interestingly on clubwork and gave a reading entitled 'Must Folks." which was very entertaining and greatly en-joved. en-joved. Mrs. D wight Meteer gave current events. The ladies who served the luncheon lunch-eon were Mrs. O. C. Larson, Mrs. J. A. Leslie, Mrs. John Loutensock, Mrs. George E. McBride. Mrs. Dunne Kellogg was hostess at a pleasant afternoon for the ladies of the Los Amigo club yesterday. Mrs. T. M. Holder of Salt Lake was a guest. Review No. 7, Ladies of the Maccabees, gave one of the most enjoyable dances of the season here on Wednesday evening. even-ing. Cooper's hall was filled (to its utmost ut-most capacity with dancers who gathered from Magna, Arthur, Bacchus and Town-site. Town-site. Music was furnished by the Plunter orchestra. Mrs. L. P. Musser will entertain the Magna Ladies club next Thursday. |
