Show SLAYER OF BONNY PLEADS NOT GUILTY Mrs. Amy Hill Weeps While Being Arraigned Ar-raigned for Killing of Attorney in Kearns BulRiing. Arraigned in chambers yesterday morning before Judge J. Louis Brown f the Third district court on a formal haxge of first degree murder for the killing of Ross M. Bonny, Amy Helen Hill entered a plea of not guilt v. No one was present other than the nidge, the defendant, District Attorney Wilson McCarthy and J. W. McKinney, ounsel for Mrs. Hill. Trial was set ' or March 12. Mrs. Hill wept quietly during the roceediogs. Bonny was shot by the lefendant on November 9, 1916, in his flice in the Kearns building. According Accord-ing to the evidence brought out in the preliminary hearing, the act was committed com-mitted by" Mrs. Hill after Bonny had eiused to marry her, even though his -ister joined her picas to those of the iltcd woman. |
