PROMINENT MEXICAN FOUND DEAD IN BED NEW ORLEANS, Jan. 13. Manuel Ordaz, 25 years of age, member of a prominent and wealthy family in Oaxaca, Mexico, and nephew of the late President Porfirio Diaz, was found dead in bed in a rooming house here .today -with a bullet through his heart. A revolver containing contain-ing an empty cartridge was found near the bed. . The police believed Ordaz committed suicide, but they were also investigat- I ing statements of Ordaz's landlady that f he frequently told her he had received j threats of death from unnamed Mexi- I ' cans if he did not return to Mexico and i fight.
