Show EDITORS DISCUSS RUMANIA'S FATE Annexation by Austria -Hungary Meets With Varying Views; All Want Ferdinand Deposed. BERLIN, Jan. 13. Many German and Austro-Hungarian newspapers discuss the future of Rumanians, but their views differ dif-fer greatly. While a number of papers advocate the annexation of the conquered kingdom by Austria-Hungary and Bulgaria, Bul-garia, others protest against this step. The Vosslsche Zeitung thinks that Bulgaria Bul-garia should receive the entire Dobmdja and the dual monarchy Wallachia, with its precious wheat and oil fields. Moldavia the paper would turn over to Russia to reimburse the czar for the loss of Poland and Lithuania. The Berlin Tageblatt wants to re-establsh re-establsh Rumania, minus the Dobrudja, but would like to see King Ferdinand de-posed de-posed for his "treason" against the central cen-tral powers. As a possible successor, the Tageblatt proposes the king's nephew, Prince Francis Joseph, the second son of Prince Wtlhelm of Hohenzollern-Slgmarin-gen. |
