Christensen, president of the Popular Government League of Utah, returned re-turned last niht from Washington, where he attended the third national conference con-ference on popular government as a delegate dele-gate from Utah. Mr. Christensen is enthusin stic over the showing made by the advocates of popular popu-lar government at the conference and asserts as-serts that the change of Utah's pollti-al complexion at the recent election wis taken by the conference to indicate that popular government was on the upward trend in this state.
