OCR Text	Show ALTA CONSOLIDATED IS REORGANIZED E. S. Lewis Is Elected President; Resignation of Jacobson Accepted. At a meeting of the board of directors direc-tors of the Alta Consolidated Mining company, held yesterday at the local offices of the company, the resignation of A- O. Jacobson. president, who has also been the acting general manager, was accepted and R. S. Lewis was elected elect-ed president. Numerous other changes were made in the board. R. P. Morris bcinET chosen vice president, J. D. Lewis a director, John Dorius a direc-1 tor, W. E. Wive, secretary and treasurer, treas-urer, and Robert Brown was designated1 as consulting engineer. The Alta Consolidated owns 120 acres, in the Little Cottonwood district and is , developing bv means of two tunnels j a large body' of high-grade silver-lead: ore.
