Show WANT FEDERAL LAND POLICY LIBERAL In collaboration with John K. Hardy, secretory to the governor, Senator Don B. Coltiin of Uinta county is preparing a, memorial to congress which will be introduced in the legislature some time the coming week. The memorial will petition congress for a more liberal policy by the national government with relation to public lands m the west and is in lino with the representations rep-resentations made to the administration by the western governors last fall.
