OCR Text	Show Marriage Declared Illegal, Special to Tho Tribune. OGDEN. March C. A decree of annulment annul-ment of the marriage of J. W. Slater and Elizabeth Slater has been Issued by Judge J. A. Howell. It was brought out In tho hearing that the marriage was sol-omnized sol-omnized within six months nfter Mrs. Slater had been granted a decree of dlvorco from a former husband, James Rowe. Mrs. Slater was granted an Inter-locutorv Inter-locutorv decree from James Ttowc, July 31, 1913, according to the evidence presented, pre-sented, and was married to Slater on Do-comber Do-comber 23. 1913. Tho latest husband applied ap-plied for the annulment.
