Fcbrary 26. 1914, for the furnishing furnish-ing of the builders' hardwaro required In the erection of the Utah stato capltol building in Salt Lako City, Utah, according ac-cording to plans, specifications and drawings, draw-ings, which aro open for Inspection at tho office of Richard Klettlng, architect, 415-420 Felt building, Salt Lake City, Utah, and all bids and proposals at Iho ahovo time will be publicly opened and read In the office of tho capltol commission commis-sion on the capltol grounds at Salt Lako City. Utah. All bids must be addressed to Utah stato capltol "commission, Salt Lake City. Utah, and marked In the lower left-hand corner, "Bid for tho furnishing fur-nishing of hardware for the Utah state capltol building"; or such bids can bo delivered to the capltol commission at tho Bald time and placo for opening the sa rne. Bids must not contain conditions, qualifications, quali-fications, propositions or any other things than thoso mentioned in plans, specifications, specifi-cations, drawings, contracts and bonds, and bidders must use the forms of bids, which will bo found at the offico of said architect, and no other form of bid will be received.
