Dry valley and Brown's Hole fields aro attracting unparalleled interest in the rare motals Industry, and many offers have been made to the ownors for their holdings in these fields, says the Grand Valley Times. At the Wado camp, on Pack creek, a force of men has been kept at work all winter and a large quantity of shipping ore has been mined. The amount of tho deposits in these claims cannot be estimated, esti-mated, ns tho showing gets better as development de-velopment procoeds. Most of tho ore here mined is of vory high grade. Regular Reg-ular shlpmonts arc being made from this camp, and the demand for the oro far exceeds tho means of production. In Dry valloy, a. mill Is under erection by Orr J. Adam3 and Ernest llorrman of tho Mont-Mesa Mining & Milling company com-pany of Grand Junction, and will ho in operation to treat tho ores from that section sec-tion within a few weeks, Adams and Hen-man, accompanied by F. M Hill of a radium expert, left Moab yesterday for Dry valley, to supervise the erection of tho mill, making the trip from Grand Junction to tholr claims In an auto. Most of .the machinery for the plant is already on the grounds, and tho mill building Is constructed. Charles Stewart. W. J. Stewart and Mcador left Wednesday for their claims, accompanied by two uranium men from the Colorado section. Dozens of claims have been located throughout tho county during the past three weeks, many locations having been made between Moab and Thompsons. Those claims that have been, worked and which havo fair showings of ore are In demand, although few of tho owners show any indications of selling.
