ORDER OF NOTICE THEREON. District of Utah. On this 16th day of February, A. D. 1914, on reading the foregoing petition It is ordered by the court that a hearing be had upon tho same on the 6th day of March, A. D. 1911, before said court at Salt Lako City, In said district, at 10 o'clock In the forenoon, and that notice thereof be published in The Salt Lake Tribune, a newspaper printed in said district, dis-trict, "and that all known creditors and other persons In interest may appear at the said time and place and show cause, If any they have, why the prayer of tho said petitioner should not be granted. And It Is further ordered by the court that tho clerk shall send by mall to all known creditors copies of said petition and this order, addressed to them at their places of residence as stated. Witness the Honorable John A. Marshall, Mar-shall, judge of the said district court, and the seal thereof, at Salt Lako City, in said district, on tho 16th' day of February, Febru-ary, A.- D. 1914.
