The plans are as yet indefinite, but it is proposed to hold a meeting of those interested nest Wednesday and at that timo vigorous offorts will bo made to launch tho proposition. Tho general plan adopted in tho east for cleanup campaigns will in all probability probabil-ity be followed. In tho cast, trash is cleaned up from yards, and unsightly fences and sheds aro given a coat of paint. The vacant lots will also receive re-ceive attention and tho city will be ibonofitcd thereby.
