OCR Text	Show WITNESSES TESTIFY IN MOYER'S BEHALF CHICAGO, Fob. 12. Character wlt-nesseB wlt-nesseB on behalf of W. L. Moyer, former for-mer vice president of what Is now the Lasallo Street Trust & Savings bank, who 1b fighting extradition to Kansas City to faco a federal indictment, were heard before United States Commissioner Mason hero today. Moyer was indicted In Kansas City two years ago on a charge of misrepresenting misrepresent-ing tho value of tho stock of tho American Ameri-can Union Trust company of Kansas City. Moyer said that he had sent a few letters offering tho stock for sale, but denied that he misrepresented itn value. Presidents of several Chicago national banks wore called by Moyor's counsel to testify as to his business standing here.
