Harris's Har-ris's court has returned a verdict for $350, with interest from April 5, 1910, In favor of D. L. Ueedcr in the action brought by the Consolidated Wagon & Machine company in an effort to recover about 5400 alleged to be due on tho puro'.iasc price of an automobile. This was the second sec-ond trial of the case, and In both in-stimces in-stimces the verdict was In favor of the defendant as acalnpL the company. Mr, Reeder pure liaised the auto, a delivery car, from the local company, but contended contend-ed that the machine could not he operated und was, therefore, of no value to him. |
