The completion of the Newhousc hotel at as early a dale as rapid construction will make possible was indisputably assured as-sured yesterday al a meeting of stockholders stock-holders of the company, who unanimously approved of the proposition submitted by the Mississippi Valley Loan & Trust company of St. Louis and ratified fne sale of bonds necessary lo finish the clcvcn-story structure. The entire issue of ?1. 000. 000 in bonds was disposed of lo the St. Louis concern, con-cern, and will be split into two issues. The actual loan necessary lo complete the structure Is in the neighborhood of liiOO.OOO. It is understood, however, that an additional appropriation of 5tf0,000 will be ncccssarv for fixtures and paraphernalia par-aphernalia outside of. tho furniture.
