Friday night, has been tiled in the probate court here. The will Is dated In 1007 and In It Mrs. Nation Na-tion declared herself to be a resident of Washington. Tho estate is valued at 510,000, It consists of houses arid lots In Guthrie and Shawnee. Okla., an account ac-count of 1000 In an Alexandria, Va bank and a life Insurance policy. To the Women's Christian Tomperanco union of the state of Kansas Mrs. Nation Na-tion bequeathed her "Book of My Life" and all rights thereunder. Tho will bequeaths be-queaths the sum of $60 a. month from the ostate to Mrs. Charlton A. McNab. the only child of Mrs. Nation, the income to bo derived from the houses and lots in Guthrie and Shawnee. After the death of her daughter a house and threo lots In Guthrie arc devised to tho Free Methodist Metho-dist church of Oklahoma. After the death of Mrs. McNab her children are to receive re-ceive the sum of $500 each. Tho remainder re-mainder of the estate Is to bo given to the Carrie Nation home for drunkards wives and widows at Kansas City. Kan., ; and for a homo for children twelve years old and under.
