Chief Glortf Is of the opinion that a much larger percentage of flrca Is caused bv defective wiring than is generally known. In fact. Chief Glore points to tho biggest fires which occurred in this citv last vear as an Illustration, the majority ma-jority of which, were traced either directly direct-ly or Indirectly to defective wiring.
