Statistics indicate indi-cate that romance Is about to yield tho palni to custom in the acceptance of a1 popular month for marriages In England. Tho Juno bride Is in the minority when compared to tho September bride. While September heads the list, December- follows a close second, relegating June to third place on the calendar. Why one month should be more popular than another for marrying Is not accounted for In the report on England nnd Wales Issued by the registrar general. In the September quarter there were In London ll.SOi marriages. December came next with lO.tMfl; Juno followed with S237.
