City Attorney James DcVine today to-day began condemnation nrococdlngs (against the Ogden Medical Springs corn-puny corn-puny for a right of way over the property prop-erty of tho resort oast of the city needed need-ed in the construction of the Cold Wa-I Wa-I tor canyon conduit. The Ogden Medical Springs company obtained an Injunction against the c-iiv and Contractor J. P. O'Neill to prevent lite further const rucl Ion of Ihe pipe line on Its property. It was claimed that me blasting on a lunnol near tJie resort seriously seri-ously interfered with the warm springs, from which Lhc natural hoi water used at the resort is obtained. Contractor O'Neill says that the work can be continued con-tinued without, further ilamnge to the property of the resort company.
