Show CRIME IS CONFESSED, Roy Davles and E, J. Wilson Admit That They Are Guilty of Burnlary, Special to The Tribune. OGDEN. April 22. Bonds or Sf.00 each were this morning fixed by City Judge J. T. Murphv In the enses of Roy Davles and K. J. Wilson, charged with burglary In the third degrc. Pending their preliminary pre-liminary hearing the men are being hold at the county jail. Both prisoners are voung. and It Is the belief of the officers that their first experience In crime was had at Ogden. The specific charge against them Is the robbery of Fred Williams's home. 2S70 Wall avenue. Both prisoners have made a complete confession to City "Do-lectlvo "Do-lectlvo James Ponder Davles having broken down and tried hkc a child he-"fore he-"fore admitting the burglary. There are several other charge which might be preferred against the youthful prisoners of a greater degree burglary, but the notice believe that the minor charge will be sufficient to deter the prisoners from a wayward career. |
