The sugar factory fac-tory situation ln Sevier county has assumed as-sumed a serious aspect during the past week, when It was learned that thero was a shortage of 1000 acres ln the required re-quired 6000. Slnco then some strenuous efforts have been put forth and It now seems quite likely that the acreage will be forthcoming. The sugar company sent word that they had a million brick and a million feet of lumber ready to ship to tho proposed site Immediately after the contracts were signed up, but if they were not signed up the shipment would go elsewhere. The Austins took tho matter up with President Seogmlller and he in turn took it up with the bishops of the different wards and all are doing their utmost to secure tho amount. Folstor, who was killed In falling from a tree, were held at tho tabernncle yesterday afternoon and many relatives and friends were in attendance.
