An important1 stop in the organization of a powerful power-ful force to battle with ' the railroad interests over tho matter of incroas Ing freight rates whs taken yesterday at ii meeting of tho national industrial zomniiltoc and the committee of eleven appointed at tho big rate congress in Maj Twenty-three men, representing fifteen cities and nearly evory large industrial interest in the north Mississippi Mis-sissippi valley, were present It was stated at the close of an all 3ay session thnt it was the most liar-nonious liar-nonious gathering ever held on the mbjecl, and, that, while the divisions were broad, and extensive, the result .was perfect unanimity.
