Polh had been inmntcs of tho Uintah training school and rnn away from that institution on several occasions, and whilo away, committed petty thefts and burglaries. Tho older one is the lad who ran nway from the school on tiundav and whose mother secreted him from tho juvenile court officers in the lathing of tho attic in her home. il Immoral Conduct. Another boy. 17 years of age, was committed to tho industrial school for immoral conduct, but sentence was suspended sus-pended in his case pending his good conduct. A girl 15 years of age was before the C court for violating the curfew ordi nance and also for associating with im-mornl im-mornl persons. She was placed on probation and given an opportunity to mend her wavs. A lo-3'onr-old German lad was committed com-mitted to the Uintah training school (I, for stealing $10 from his emplovcr.
