The last two performances Of tho famous fa-mous racing play, "His Last Dollar," will be given at the Colonial this afternoon and evening. David Hlgglns, who Is starring In the play, has made himself quite a favorite upOn his first visit to Salt Lake, and crowded houses have been the rule at every performance this week. Those who enjoy watching clever dancing will be dellpchted with tho work of Emrna Sclgel and John Hathaway at the Mission theater. For gracefulness and life this pair puts a whole lot of othor dancers seen in Salt Lake this season sea-son In the deep, deep shade. They dance with a vim that Is good to see. Special Roosevelt matinees arc pcheduled for the Mission today. The first extra performance perform-ance will be given at 10:30 o'clock this morning nnd will he followed by matl-. rices evory thirty minutes until 2 o'clock In the afternoon. The last performance of tho excellent bill running this week at the Orpheum will bo given this afternoon and evening. Beginning with tomorrow's matinee thorc will bo an entirely new bill that Includes several of the best acts on tho circuit. Two more performances of "Esmeralda" "Esmer-alda" will ho given at the Bungalow, this afternoon and evening, the latter closing the engagement at the Bungalow Bunga-low of Blancho Douglas, Noel Travers and their supporting company. A big advance sale Is reported on today's matinee, mati-nee, nnd It is expected the company will close with two big audiences to its credit. With a matinee today and a performance perform-ance tonight the last performance of "Lost Paradise" will bo given. Theodore Lorch and company are giving a first-class first-class performance of this great labor drama, and those who have not yet seen It will do well to do so. as It Is a play that will appeal with great force to all classes and especially the working class. Beginning with the regular Sunday matinee. mati-nee. Theodore Lorch and his supporting company will present for the first time In Salt Lake the great circus drama. "The Call of the Circus." Tho piece will "bo presented with all requirements, and a first-class performance will bo given. Special scenery has been provided, and all stage effects have been carefully worked out. At the Casino this week's bill is, like all others at this playhouse, up at the top. The vaudeville acts aro headliners and the pictures aro flrst-class.
