The market for standard copper was Irregular today, with spot and all deliveries up to Ihe end of August quoted at $12.4512.75. The London market opened steady at a slight advance, but lost tho gain, closing easy, with spot quoted at 5G 15s and futures at 57 15c. Local dcalors quote lake copper at. 12.75(313.00, electrolytic at $12.C2i12.75, and casting at 512.50 12.G2J. Arrivals reported at New York today were 305 tons; customs house returns re-turns showed exports of 1100 tons, mak-"ing mak-"ing 9333 tons so far this month. Imports of copper at Atlantic ports by steamer since April I have been 6175 tons, including in-cluding matte and ores. Tin was dull, with spot quoted at $33.2033,37i: April, IUay. Juno and July at 533.1533.25. Tho London market lost an early advance, closing weak, with spot quoted at 151 10s and futures at 151 15s Lead was dull, with spot quoted at $4.354.40 New York and at $4.20(5)4.25 East St. Louis. Tho London market was unchanged at 12 12s d. Spelter was weak, with spot quoted at $5,455.55 New York and at $5.15(0)5.30 East St. Louis. The London market was unchanged at 22 5s. The English Iron market was unchanged un-changed at 50s fid for Cleveland warrants.
