Blakers on Thursday afternoon. The afternoon was ploasontly spent in sewing, and several sev-eral tables of bridge whist were played. A dainty luncheon was served from tables spread under the trees. Those present were. Mrs. Frances X. Jiard, Mrs. Samuel Merrltt and Mrs. Stockman of Salt Lake, Mrs. Cody of Provo, Mrs. J. B. Mi.eIn.tosh, Mrs. Tremann. airs. John It. Haywood, Mrs. Donald Henry, Mrs. Bert Ashlock, Mrs. William Thompson, Mrs. Bert Clcmo, Mrs. Warner, Mrs. Cash Mrs. Howard Wallace. Mrs. P. Lodge and Mrs. V. Green Logan. Mr. and Mrs. Owen McGIIl of Salt Lake will be the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Don-ald Hendry on Saturday and Sunday. Miss Stockman of Salt Lake City is the guest of Mrs. Samuel Merrltt at her home in Pino canyon. Miss .Telia Clegg of this place is visiting vis-iting relatives and friends In Salt Lako City this week. Mr. and Mrs. Henlos Gridlcy and little daughter. Helen, arc spending several days In Tooele. Mrs. Carrie Ash by and son of Salt Lako City have been in Tooele the past week, the guests of relatives and friends. Miss Lurctto Brown and Miss Lano of Salt Lako City spent a week In Tooele, the guests of the Misses Clegg. Mrs. Grace Henderson returned homo from Salt Lako. Wednesday, where she has been snendlnir her vacation. |
