" Residcucc, Highland Park." It won't be long before the business or' professional man of Salt Lake City will be proud to have that on his cartl, .just as he now has Hint card read some number on Brigham street, or East First South. For Highland Park is bound to bo-come bo-come 0110 of the prettiest of residence districts. The care with which it has been planned, the building restrictions undor which lots arc sold, and I lie many improvements now under way assure its future. This is one reason why Highland Park Jots must go up in price. It is a place whero men will want to build homes, or to buy them. And beautiful homes are already under un-der construction there. The above pictures pic-tures show what somo of them will bo like. They also give a good idea of the class of homes that will be built there. Think of it! A residence section where for blocks and blocks in any direction homes such as the above will grace the streets! That is the future of Tlighland Park. Do you think lots will continue to sell there for tho $125 to $270 now asked for them ? The half tones shown above are not made from pictures of houses now in Highland Park. Far from it! A close examination of some of the pictures shown will show features that can not exist in Highland Park. For example, the house in the center of the lower row has fori its neighbor, as may bo seen in the ijieture, a one-story one-story frame structure, which cannot but detract from the beauty of tho house adjoining. That cannot bo in Highland High-land Park. Building restrictions will not. permit it. Tho frame- structure has probably been built many years. All the houses in Highlnnd Park will be new and substantial sub-stantial in appearance for twenty vcars yet. That is one of the features that will mako Highland Park attractive as a residence district. The Kimball-Richards Building company com-pany has let (he contract to build fifty houses such as those shown in the above pictures. Pretty houses around the city were taken as models, and plans wero made for structures similar. The above pictures show the t3pes of the houses that will be used. The building company will crccf these in little groups over the tract, to serve as nuclei around which other houses will be built. No houses similar in design will .be placed ail.jacent. Thoro will bo no commercial monotony about Highland Park. These houses will be erected on sixty-six-foot streets, with the roadway thirly-six thirly-six feet vyidc. Between roadway and property line will be a strip of parking eight feet wide, set with beautiful shade trees every fifteen feet; a five-foot cement ce-ment sidewalk, and another strip of two feet, for parking. Each house has to be at least fifteen feet from tho prop- KIMBALL & RICHARDS, Land Meretoffif59 m Main St. I TOMORROW Don't buy or hake bread tomorrow i am going to show you a new way to save five hours' work in the kitchen, Watch for my big offer in this paper tomorrow.
