"I am glad to report." continued the president, "that the. general condition of our order throughout the stato Is good. It is true that there are some weak lodges that hold together by tho untiring efforts of a few faithful members. We trlod to help these by words of encouragement ujkI advlco. On my visits I havc called on all moinbcni who could not attend meeting on account of sickness or sorrow sor-row and have tried to speak words of sympathy and comfort to them. One thing Impresses mo more and more each year, and that Is that we must look for quality and not quantity In selecting members. If we would havc harmony In our lodge rooms.
