Jackllng to tho 50,000.000 damage suit brought against thorn by I Col. E. A. Wall for tho value of ores ' alleged to havo been taken from the ' Amanda lode mining claim at Bingham by the Utah Copper company. Tho defendants admit that Colonel i Wall owns the Amanda claim, but deny that. Its boundaries are correctly net forth In his complaint. Thev deny that they havo wrongfully or otherwise taken ores from the Amanda lode of the value of 50.000,000 or of any value whatever, or that they have taken ore from that claim. , Thjy allege that tho allegations In Colonel Wall's complaint were made wilfully wil-fully and maliciously, for tho purpose of injuring the standing of the Utah Cop- per company and Mr. Jackllng and their property In tho mining world.
