The officers found him afoot in the hills and took him xn Duchesno. where he was put in the guard house. He claims that he shot In self-defense self-defense In his fight with Reynolds, hut a coroner's Jury found that Reynolds came to his death from wounds Inflicted by Tabby Weep-Whlto "with the Intent to commit murder." There seems to he a question as to which fired the first shot. Tho report Is that Tabby Woop-Whlte and Wilson had some trouble about money, but Wilson claims to have settled all accounts and to have receipts to show It. Tabby and Reynolds had both been drinking, but wore good friends, as tho Indlnn had made his home, with Reynolds Rey-nolds for st-veral months, and the two hnvc been friends for twenty years. The shooting was at Moffat and It Jh said that Tabby wont to thnt place with tho avowed purpose of killing Tom Nichols, agnlnst whom he hold nn old grudge.
