At the requost of tho cotton trade the British government govern-ment will taka up tho question of bills of lading for American cotton now which is being shipped out of the country through tho failure of tho cotton firm of Yancey k Co,, has caused a loss of three-quarters of a million pounds sterling, ster-ling, and will endeavor to reach an agreement agree-ment with the American government which will put a stop to the practice. Right Hon, Sidney Buxton, president of tho board of trade, who was In Liverpool today, has taken hold of the subject and Sromlsos to uso all legitimate moans to ring about a reform.
