Lyman, Ly-man, vice chairman of the state road commission, went over the roads throughout through-out the county during the past few days to determine the route for the proposed state road. It Is proposed to maintain a state highway from tho north state lino to the Grand canyon, The state has appropriated ap-propriated 52000 for this year's work, the countv to double this amount in constructing con-structing a road through the county under un-der the direction of the state commission. commis-sion. It has been practically determined to construct the road through Spanish Fork, Payson and Nophl, and will go west of this county unless a determined move is made by the citizens to bring It through Sanpete county.
