Machinery is now on the spot ready for Installation in the new power plant, which is being constructed con-structed by Councilmen Godfrey and Howe of this city. The plant will be quite a large one and will furnish electric elec-tric lights for twelve families, and will also be used for farm purposes. The plant Is situated on the Godfrey farm, near the stream of the Little Cottonwood creek . .Murray City will do everything in its power to help entertain the G. A. R. veterans vet-erans when they come to Salt Lake in August for general encampment.
