The bullet, according accord-ing to Johnson's complaint, passed en-iTrelv en-iTrelv through his body. He asked for $71.1"). Tho case was first tried in Fremont county, Idaho, where .Johnson got judgment, judg-ment, for $1200. For some reason it was brought to Salt Lake county. Hughes, in domurring to the complaint, attempted to be funny, declaring that the complaint, was uncertain, in that it didn't tell whether Johnson was hurt while in pursuit of his duties as switchman switch-man at Sugar City station or while in pursuit of tho station. Again, he alleged, al-leged, he couldn't tell whether the revolver re-volver was discharged into Johnson, or the .bullet. |
